The inspiration for this site has two prongs. One is my inability to stop myself from sharing “nuggets” I’ve come across that seem to fit a particular scenario. Anything you say or do, I probably read something on that, know someone who has some knowledge, have seen a tool, etc… and I simply MUST share! This natural “connector” mode has been a bane and a boon; this site will hopefully put more weight on the boon side. The other prong is my Momma. Her grains of knowledge, philosophies and teachings are often at the kernel of my sharing and when people have said “wow, that was really useful, where did you get that?” more often than not the answer is “my Momma”.
The site title “Wisdom of Friends” is because I believe we all have kernels – from our Mommas, our lives, our interests, passions and failures. Let’s share, discuss and support!
